When an order is placed with AHEADWORLDWIDE.COM we will send out an automated e-mail to confirm that an order has been placed, once we have processed your email you will receive confirmation of your order, if in the unlikely case that the item is out of stock you will receive an e-mail stating this and no funds will be taken from your account.

We will do our very best to make sure that all orders are filled and if there are any issues with price or stock you will be contacted. AHEAD has the right to cancel any orders with errors or discrepancies of any kind.

- Returning goods

Please contact us within 14 days if you are unhappy with the goods you have received, you will then receive a returns number for your item and you must post back to us with all the original packaging, the shipping charges must be covered by yourselves.

- Faulty goods

info@aheadworldwide.com with photos wherever possible and we require the goods to be returned within 14 days for inspection, we will do our best to replace these goods or refund you for the value.
